It's a small world, looking at your photos that go from Brighton where i was born to Guadix where we pass through whenever we are at the cave.

We had the same snow in Berkshire over the weekend whilst you lucky people have sizzling temperatures down there. Still onlyh a couple of weeks until we come down for the Benamaurel Fiesta

Until recently, I lived in Berkshire most of my life - first in Bracknell, then Tilehurst!

The Benamaurel Fiesta is always the last weekend in April. It starts on the 26th and goes on well into the following week. We first went 2 years ago, it is well worth going to.

That is such an amazing set of coincidences - I lived in Easthampstead from 1957 (moved there from London with my family) to 1969, Harmanswater from 1969 to 1976 and Hanworth from 1976 to 1997 when I moved to Tilehurst near Reading.

Where am I going next David_B?

They do print a programme of the Fiesta, which has been very difficult to get hold of in the past. Last year I went to the Ayuntamiento, and found it in a free paper, but........in true Spanish timekeeping, the events seemed to happen with a completely different timetable. Still great tho' smile/pcheerleader.gif
